The Festival Program Minimize

One Festival program is provided to each school (160 copies) with additional copies available for purchase during registration and includes:

  • A complete schedule of workshops
  • A listing of plays being performed
  • Special events occurring during the course of the weekend
  • Other conference information
  • View last year's program (see the link to the left)
  • Full Page - (Print Size 5.5” W x 8.5” H with margins or 6.25” W x 9.25” H with bleeds) - $500 - Also includes a banner ad of logo and link to website on both the Festival App and Social Media Wall during Festival hours.
  • Half Page - (Print Size 5.5” W x 4.125” H horizontal or 2.625” W x 8.5” H vertical) - $300 - Also includes a banner ad of logo and link to website on both the Festival App and Social Media Wall during Festival hours.
  • Quarter Page - (Print Size 2.625” W x 4.125” H) - $125 - Also includes a banner ad of logo and link to website on both the Festival App and Social Media Wall.

Projected visibility for the App and Social Media Wall is 4,000 people.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF ADS:


  • If exhibiting at this year's Festival, select ad size and submit payment online when completing your exhibitor registration. If not exhibiting, send submission via email to info@ihstf.org. Include your contact information. We will contact you regarding payment.
  • All ads are black and white.
  • All ads must be predesigned. Preferred submission format is camera ready. Preferred submission is in .eps format, although .jpg is also acceptable. Image resolution must be 300 dpi or higher.

  • All ads must be submitted via email by November 10th, 2021.

Contributions

IN-KIND DONATIONS

If you would like to make an in-kind donation of goods, services, and/or funds to the Festival, we would like to thank you by offering free ad space in the Festival program.  All in-kind donors are entitled to an ad space equal to 10% of the amount of the donation. 

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The Illinois Theatre Association is appreciative of any contributions you can make toward two very important Illinois High School Theatre Festival funds:

  • General Festival Fund - contributions help offset the expenses of the Festival.
  • Clif Aldridge Memorial Scholarship Fund - contributions go directly toward All-State students expressing a need for financial assistance to participate in the production.
In addition, you may also make a contribution to the Illinois Theatre Association to help support general operating expenses.

All contributions are tax-deductible -- the ITA is a 501(c)3 -- and will be acknowledged with a thank you letter.  If you wish for your contribution to be anonymous, please include a note.
